Steve
Percy BSc. (Engineering),
MBA, JD |
Chairman
Steve is a US citizen and is one of the
leading figures in the oil industry after a long career at BP,
latterly as President and CEO of BP North America and formerly
as Group Treasurer. Since retiring from BP he has served as
the head of Phillips Gasoline's Refining, Marketing and Transportation
Company, and visited as a Professor of Corporate Strategy and
International Business at the University of Michigan Graduate
School of Business. During his tenure
at BP Steve was asked by President Clinton to Co-Chair his
Climate Change Task Force. Steve has continued his environmental
work as Coordinating Lead Author of the United Nations Millenium
Ecosystems project – one of the most important UN environmental
initiatives.
Steve has current US public company experience:
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Omnova Solutions
Inc. and is Chair of its Audit Committee, and is also Non-executive
Chairman of Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services Inc.
Steve has an MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from RPI, a Masters
in Business Administration from the University of Michigan
and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar.

Lady Barbara

OF THE ADVISORY BOARD
The Hon. Barbara Judge is a US citizen
and is a qualified attorney. She has broad commercial and
investment experience in the UK and USA and established and
led a £100 million London-listed technology investment
company.
Lady Judge holds a number of Senior
Board positions including Chairman of the UK Atomic Energy
Authority and Vice Chairman of Friends Provident. She is the
Senior Independent Director at Quintain Estates and Development
and is a Director of PA Consulting. Lady Judge also has wide
governance and regulatory experience.
She is a former Commissioner of the
SEC, she is Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council,
a Director of the Department of Constitutional Affairs, and
Chairman of the Professional Standards Advisory Board of the
Institute of Directors.

Roger
Putnam |

Director
Roger is one of the leading figures
in the automobile industry and a strong promoter of ethanol
fuelled cars. After nearly 40 years in the Motor Industry
with Lotus, Jaguar and Ford, Roger was made Chairman of Ford,
Europe in 2002.
He retired at the end of 2005 but
remains Chairman of the Vehicle Manufacturers Consortium,
a Director of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders,
a Member of the CBI Presidents Committee, and a Non-Executive
Director of Halcyon Days Ltd. Roger’s vast experience
in the transport sector was recognised by his appointment
to the UK’s recently established Energy Research Committee,
reporting to the Chancellor and under the Chairmanship of
Sir David King, the Chief Scientific Advisor to the UK Government. |

of commercial law, with a focus on contract negotiation, M&A

variously the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Governance
committees.
