LOSONOCO
Director of Business Development, Stephen Bean , to
be a speaker on Bioethanol at 5th
European Motor BioFuels Forum
This three day conference and trade show, is being held
at the Hilton Newcastle, Gateshead, on September 11-13th.
The motor industry is starting to introduce new biofuel-based
fuel standards and engine configurations. Losonoco is
closely involved at many levels with Government to promote
the development of these markets and novel biofuel manufacturing
processes. The Newcastle site of the 5th European Motor
BioFuels Forum will provide an additional springboard
for these changes towards sustainable new industries. |

Energy Association (REA) Bioenergy Conference 2006
This event is being held on 6 & 7 September in Weston-Super-Mare,
at the Winter Gardens and is set to be the UK’s
premier bio-energy conference. |

LOSONOCO
CEO, Alan Banks, to be part of a roundtable discussion
at
Alternative Energy Forum
This one day forum to be held at the University of
Florida at Gainsville on August 16 2006. Alan Banks
is to participate in the forum along with DOE Deputy
Secretary Clay Sell who is scheduled to lead off the
roundtable discussion. The purpose of the Energy Forum
is to provide alternative energy leaders, policy makers
and financial institutions an opportunity to have
a frank and open discussion on the development of
BioFuels in Florida. The three main topics for points
of discussion are: the capabilities of Florida to
be a leader in alternative fuel production; improving
distribution and infrastructure of alternative fuels;
and incentives to encourage businesses to become more
involved in Ethanol and Biomass production.

Conference

held at the Landmark Hotel, Marylebone Road, London,

conference on Fuelling the Future at the Mayfair Conference
Centre. The keynote speech was given by Dr Stephen Ladyman,
Minister for Transport. Alan Banks, CEO, of Losonoco
was a member of the panel that debated 'Biofuels, Agriculture
and Sustainability'. |
