| Demand for oil is outstripping
supply. Growth economies such as India and China are
increasing the demand for oil while experts say that
reserves have either levelled off or begun to decline.
The location of the major oil reserves in politically
less stable countries represents a major strategic
concern to oil users.
Renewable fuels such as Fuel Ethanol represent a
reliable domestic source of energy that also generates
environmental and economic benefits.
Fuel Ethanol is fully compatible with existing petroleum
engines in blends up to 15% and can be used in blends
up to 85% in the Flexible Fuel Vehicles (FFV’s)
now being offered by all major vehicle manufacturers.
